He brings more than 22+ years of experience in the oil & gas and construction industries, where he was responsible for quantitative risk analysis, prospect identification & evaluation, business development, M&A evaluation, stakeholder management, and investor-portfolio development.

With a reputation for his people skills, Fletch is known to provide excellent customer service. He holds a Master's degree in Geophysics and has a solid background in underwriting and evaluation of commercial real estate, quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment. He is a marathoner, and a wine & coffee enthusiast. He loves spending time with his family in his spare time.
