Eugenia Villa, is been living in Spring an The Woodlands for more than 30 years. She started as Maid service owner, for 20 years. Then in 2015 she decided to give investing a try by buying, renovating and renting single family homes. A passion for Real Estate that she always had.
At the same time she work as customer service specialist for United Airlines. This has given her a broad knowledge and understanding of different cultures. She has travel internationally and domestic, a career that took her all over the world, a privilege an a pleasure to work with international clients. She keeps close to her family in Mexico City.

She lives in Spring and is proud Mama of her two University of Houston graduates.
Charity starts at home, by creating a fund for colleague students, wich she plan to expand in the near future.
