“Elizabeth was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable (about Houston, the neighborhoods we visited, & the entire home purchase process). Being new to Houston, this being my first home purchase, & in a seller’s market with low housing inventory, it was frustrating at times over the 6 month process. Elizabeth was very patient, answering all my questions, & providing encouragement & honest feedback about the homes, area, builder, etc. Upon finding a home over the holidays, Elizabeth negotiated terms for the contract & reviewed it, requesting corrections/clarifications. She was on-site during the inspection & reviewed the title company’s paperwork ensuring the builder’s incentive was included. While I was out of state for the holidays, she went by the property several times to follow-up on the progress, addressed delays (city of Houston utilities) with the builder’s realtor, & kept me informed. Ultimately, we did meet our goal of closing by year end which allows me to apply for homestead exemption the following year. Elizabeth was available during the entire process in person or by phone, email, text; if unavailable, she ensured a member of her staff was available to help things continue. Her application of technology offers client’s flexibility & significantly enables the process (i.e. iPad to lookup homes in an area on-the-spot, DocuSign for offers & contracts). I would recommend Elizabeth – she represents her clients well & wants to ensure you are happy with your new home. =)”
