Elida Lunsford

Elida began her professional career as a business administrator/office manager where she ensured office operations were efficient and effective. She then transitioned to a technical services administrator in the aviation industry, and later a buyer where she focused on contracts and negotiations for aircraft procurement. While achieving success, she decided to change professions and pursue her true passion, real estate.

Her corporate experience, dealing with high-stress negotiations, gave her the ability to solve complex issues with patience while maintaining a professional composure. This skill translates perfectly to her real estate profession as she anticipates problems before they arise and presents simple solutions to her clients. It comes as no surprise that Elida was published in Texas Monthly as a Rising Star in Real Estate in 2016, a well- deserved honor that exemplifies a level of service she maintains to this day.
