Commercial-Focused Legal Update I & II

This commercial-focused Legal Update package is approved for the 8-hour mandatory Legal I & II curriculum by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). The full-day course will provide all TREC-required information concerning recent updates and changes to laws, regulations, legal definitions, ethics of practice, and forms in Texas with a special emphasis on how they relate to commercial real estate.
