This class meets the 3 hour contracts TREC requirement for your license renewal.
This course will help students to ensure a clear understanding on the importance of the MUD disclosure and to properly complete the form. Learning the MUD Districts and how to properly complete the necessary forms will help agent’s better protect the contract/transaction.
