Working with Clients (Part 2) - Case Studies Involving Residential Contracts
This class meets the 3 hour TREC contracts requirement for your license renewal.
Formerly titled Contracts 201B this class centers on the One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale).
Students will work from a case study in phases—completing the offer, presenting the offer, and negotiating the offer to reach the best possible outcome for their client. The contract phases will be studied and completed sequentially, with time to discuss and debrief in between.
