A 4 hour overview of the business valuation process for small or mid-sized businesses with a focus on the professional techniques used to price a business for sale. You will learn when to use different value approaches as a foundation to developing your business pricing skills. This begins your development as an effective professional as you acquire the knowledge to explain and inform your clients of the difference between the perceived business price vs business value.
