Brad is a Texas lawyer. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Texas. Brad's experience, as a lawyer and agent, will help guide you through some of life's greatest decisions. For 23 years, he has been handling transactions in residential and commercial real estate, farm and ranch, oil and gas, as well as business and financial matters for clients. Brad has been a CEO and CFO leading the acquisition and divestiture of companies in oil & gas, energy services, technology, and renewable fuels. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law. As a partner in a Houston law firm, Brad represented a broad range of individual and business clients in real estate, commercial transactions, master-planned real estate development, maritime law, energy services, manufacturing, property owners associations, oil and gas, and more. Brad is also admitted to practice before all the Federal Courts in Texas, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and The United States Supreme Court. Brad is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, a Life Member of the Sheriff's Association of Texas and a Life Member of the Coastal Conservation Association.

Konae was born into the real estate business. Her mother, an agent and then broker, helped families buy and sell homes in Houston for nearly 50 years. For over sixty years, Konae's godfather developed subdivisions, commercial property, as well as farms and ranches. Konae was born and raised in suburban Houston. She's witnessed, first hand, Houston's decades-long development into a word-class, gateway city. For 23 years, Konae was a partner in a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury waterfront homes. She has degrees in International Business and Marketing from Schiller International University, Heidelberg, Germany. Konae is a former Board Member of The Henderson County Cancer Society. She created the first Cattle Baron's Run and served as its chairperson. She directed The Cattle Baron's Ball, and served on the Enchanted Isles Homeowners Association Board of Directors. She is the co-creator of IFAA, International Fitness und Aerobic Akademie, and BodyStep. She is also former Miss Texas Teen USA. Konae is fluent in German.

After they exited their brokerage, energy-service company, and oil and gas investments, Konae and Brad prioritized spending more time together. They merged their careers to form Mitchell Group to practice residential and commercial real estate. The couple resides in Cypress. Together, they enjoy time with their family, coaching stand up paddling, biking, saltwater fly-fishing, traveling, and helping others.
