This is a well deserved and long-overdue recommendation for Glenn Austria. It was early 2017 when me and my wife (first time home buyers) decided to start looking in purchasing our very first home to settle in and build our family. Glenn was highly recommended by my sister-in-law after knowing of a co-worker whom Glenn helped in purchasing their home. As first time home buyers and someone who has heard of bad experiences of other people with some realtors, my wife and I were needless to say a little nervous and worried about working with someone whom we have never met in doing an expensive and really important business transaction and investment. We were a little worried about people who might take advantage of us just for the commission. But after our first phone calls and meeting with Glenn to look at homes, our worries was lifted and felt really secured and in safe hands knowing that our realtor is not only very knowledgeable of the current housing market, very professional and flexible in schedules but also just a genuinely nice and kind person who wants nothing more than just to help us in looking for the perfect home to build our family in. Glenn was always available and in contact with us to answer any of our questions, even in the late evening hours and even while he is on a family vacation. He would always update us on for sale homes around the area we are interested in and ensure to discuss with us the status of the home (physically and financially), importance of location and many other little things to help us with our decisions and make sure we make the most informative one. Glenn listened to us and ensured that everything that we are looking for our first home are taken into considerations at all times. As first time home buyers, we had exceedingly a whole lot of questions from the early stages of home buying, through all the loan options and documentations and other related questions such as homestead, insurance coverage to vaulted ceilings, lawn needs and possible DIY projects. I am sure many other first time home buyers can relate to the all the stress and worries you'll have during the entire process of home buying. But Glenn was more than happy to assist in everything and in every way possible to lessen our stresses. Glenn was able to meet all and exceed our expectations! He never once made us feel pressured in making any particular decision at a moments notice. The last thing you would want to have is a realtor that in a way pressures you in making any decision at a moments notice without taking the time to explain to you all possible options and/or consequences. We were never pressured by Glenn to make any decisions during the whole process. He was always on-time and would work around our schedules. He ensures that he is available and present with us during our important meetings with sellers, contractors and etc. He made us feel like family and treated us like one. And these are the reasons why we highly recommend Glenn to any of our family and friends who are in the market of either purchasing a new/used home and/or selling property. Glenn goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met and that we are completely satisfied, to the point that it seems completely natural for him to do.
