Dena Hobbs-Lix is Team Lead for The HL Group and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer with JLA Realty, who specializes in buying, selling, leasing, and luxury homes. Dena loves working with her clients and brings critical character traits such as perseverance, dedication, tenacity, as well as sales and communication skills. Dena is a member of the Womens Council of Realtors Lake Houston where she was 2020 the Co-Chair of Marketing and 2021 Membership Director. Dena has an extensive personal and professional background, with over 25 years of sales and education experience as a Regional Sales Executive for Central Unites States. She was also part owner of an oil and gas consulting company, which allowed her to international moves, travel, culture, and experience. In 2019 -2021 Dena was a top producer and accomplished multiple Million Dollar months in 2019! No. 1 in Residential Sales JLA Atascocita 2021! Outside of Real Estate and Community Service, Dena is the proud mom of a 28 year old Aggie graduate with a Masters Degree. Dena also has a passion for helping others and giving to her community and volunteers her time for multiple organizations across the city.
