Daniel Soto is a native Houstonian who graduated from Texas Tech University after serving 4 years as a US Marine. He began his real estate career working for a public corporate real estate consulting firm helping businesses with strategies to achieve their space needs for the lowest costs. He started buying residential foreclosures as flip homes with friends in Northwest Houston which he renovates, leases, then sells to investors with the option for him to manage the home,
