By 16, Daniel was working for the brokerage, building strong relationships with agents and vendors, and earning a reputation for reliability and professionalism.In 2024, Daniel became the official sign installer for Nan & Company Properties, a role that sharpened his attention to detail and understanding of the market from the ground up. Now licensed, he works alongside Hardy as his assistant, combining proven sales strategies with fresh marketing approaches to deliver results for clients.Currently studying business at the University of Houston Downtown, Daniel applies both academic insight and hands-on industry experience to every transaction.
