Dan was raised in Beaumont Texas and spent most of his career as a consultant in the petrochemical industry. He's spent 11 years in Eastern Russia developing an oil and gas complex and finally working as operations manager for a Saudi Arabian company developing a multi-unit chemical plant. During this time he was investing in the real estate market for rental properties, fix and flip properties, and foreclosures. He and his wife founded Cardan Investments investing in residential and commercial markets. They have recently formed Good Realty Group to spend their time doing what they enjoy most; working together with buyers and sellers on the complexities of the real estate markets ensuring the best possible outcome for their clients.

Dan has had a passion for real estate since purchasing his first rental property in 2008. Since then he and his wife have bought, sold and leased out many properties. Currently they hold interest in properties in Beaumont Texas, Houston Texas, California, Georgia, and Illinois. His knowledge of financing, from the first time home buyer to the million dollar projects, is unmatched. His superpower is his commitment to the client, ensuring they get the best possible service.
