Raised in Beaumont, Texas, Dan built an accomplished career as a consultant in the petrochemical industry. His experience included 11 years in Eastern Russia helping develop an oil and gas complex, followed by a role as operations manager for a Saudi Arabian company developing a multi-unit chemical plant. These demanding international assignments strengthened his skills in negotiation, project management, communication, and navigating complex situations.

Throughout his career, Dan remained actively involved in real estate—investing in rental properties, renovation and resale opportunities, and foreclosures. He founded Cardan Investments, focusing on commercial properties, Then formed Cardan Properties LLC investing in rental portfolios, and later formed Good Realty Group to pursue what he enjoyed most: working to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the complexities of the real estate market.

Dan’s passion for real estate began with the purchase of his first rental property in 2008. Since then, he bought, sold, leased, and managed numerous properties, with interests in Texas, California, Georgia, and Illinois. This hands-on experience gives him valuable insight into property investment, financing options, and transactions ranging from first-time home purchases to large-scale projects.

Dan’s greatest strength is his commitment to his clients. He listens carefully, communicates clearly, and works tirelessly to provide knowledgeable, responsive, and personalized service from the first conversation through closing.
