I have a degree in Real Estate and a degree in Psychology and have been licensed since 1984. In my early years of real estate, I worked as an agent for ERA, Century21, and RE/MAX Heritage, then as the Designator Realtor and Principal Broker for RE/MAX Fine Properties followed by serving as the Designated Realtor and Principal Broker for RE/MAX Heritage. Since 2006 I've been operating as an independent Broker. Over 50% of real estate brokerage firms operate as independent companies, not associated with a franchise. I work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Although I work primarily in Sugar Land and Richmond, I list and sell wherever customers and clients need my help, including Houston, Katy, Missouri City, and other areas of Texas.
