“I am very fortunate to have had Connie Shugart as the realtor on the sale of my home & the purchase of a new home. From the 1st conversation through the closings on the sale of my home & the purchase of a new home, she was always personally accessible to me. Another realtor suggested that I meet with a person on his staff who does staging & I would likely need to paint cabinets, etc. He said someone else on his staff would help me with the contract & other paperwork, & yet another person would be working with me on finding a new home. This model works well for him & his company but I wanted someone who was going to be more personally involved in helping me sell my home & find my next home. Connie exceeded what I could have asked for. She walked me through the paperwork, suggested a sales price $9900 higher than the other realtor, personally staged my home at no additional cost to me (said I didn’t need to paint cabinets, etc.) & showed me homes in the new area I was looking to move to. On the eighth day, I got a full price offer on my home. In negotiating for the purchase of the new home, she got me more concessions in closing costs than I had even hoped for. After inspections, appraisals & financing was all finalized, she personally de-staged my house & even patched the nail holes where art had hung on the walls. She not only actively assisted me through both closings, but she even helped both the buyer of my previous home & the seller of the new home with information & assistance that made the transactions go more smoothly. She also didn’t complain when I had to have her go with me to the new house prior to closing on two occasions to meet with contractors. Connie went far above and beyond the call of duty & I am extremely grateful. She was always professional, showed the highest level of integrity & was very fun to get to know which was the icing on the cake.
