When we compared Scott Elementary School, which is a part of FRISCO ISD, with Christie Elementary School, which is a part of FRISCO ISD, we noted a slight difference in ratings.
Scott Elementary School has a regular student population of 670 with a 17.6 students/teacher ratio while Christie Elementary School has 390 students and a student-teacher ratio of 9.7 students/teacher ratio.

Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.
Christie Elementary School's one out of seven distinction is in Science. Scott Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at Scott Elementary School. They make up for 40.90% of student population, followed by Asians (38.06%), Hispanics (8.51%), African Americans (5.52%), Two or More Races (5.22%) and Native Americans (1.64%).
The student population at Christie Elementary School is also predominantly by Hispanics at 52.82%, followed by Whites or Caucasians (20.26%), African Americans (12.56%), Asians (9.23%), Two or More Races (4.87%) and Native Americans (0.26%).
Based on household incomes, the Scott Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly lower at 8.21% compared to 42.31% at Christie Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Scott Elementary School has 73 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 10.90% of student population. Christie Elementary School has significantly more ELLs at 186 or about 47.69% of student population.
Scott Elementary School’s bilingual students comprise 10.75%, gifted and talented students, 6.12%, while 13.13% are in the special education program. Christie Elementary School bilingual students comprise 48.72%, gifted and talented students, 5.64%, and 15.90% are in the special education program.
