Distinction Designations for Janet Brockett Elementary School and Charlotte Anderson Preparatory Academy are not applicable as neither one earned a recognition for outstanding achievement in seven categories.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, African Americans comprise the biggest group at Janet Brockett Elementary School. They make up for 45.13% of student population, followed by Hispanics (22.80%), Whites or Caucasians (14.25%), Asians (10.45%), Two or More Races (6.41%) and Native Americans (0.24%).
The student population at Charlotte Anderson Preparatory Academy is also predominantly by African Americans at 34.26%, followed by Hispanics (30.08%), Whites or Caucasians (25.91%), Asians (4.74%) and Two or More Races (4.74%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.
Based on household incomes, the Janet Brockett Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is lower at 57.01% compared to 59.89% at Charlotte Anderson Preparatory Academy.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Janet Brockett Elementary School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 21.85% of its student population compared to 16.71% at Charlotte Anderson Preparatory Academy.
