Hazel S Pattison Elementary School's five out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, post-secondary and 25% closing performance gaps. Bryant Elementary School did not earn any distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at Hazel S Pattison Elementary School. They make up for 46.70% of student population, followed by Asians (25.64%), Hispanics (14.01%), African Americans (9.52%) and Two or More Races (3.96%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.
The student population at Bryant Elementary School is also predominantly by Whites or Caucasians at 41.53%, followed by Hispanics (24.43%), African Americans (13.92%), Asians (12.78%), Two or More Races (6.43%) and Native Americans (0.30%).
Based on household incomes, the Hazel S Pattison Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is lower at 19.91% compared to 21.33% at Bryant Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Hazel S Pattison Elementary School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 25.29% of its student population compared to 15.28% at Bryant Elementary School.
Hazel S Pattison Elementary School’s bilingual students comprise 24.93%, gifted and talented students, 7.22%, while 10.57% are in the special education program. Bryant Elementary School bilingual students comprise 13.84%, gifted and talented students, 2.95%, and 17.10% are in the special education program.
