Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Garcia-Leza Ec/Pk/K is Hispanics who make up nearly 92.00% of student population, followed by African Americans (5.50%), Two or More Races (1.50%) and Whites or Caucasians (1.00%). There is no Asians and Native Americansstudents in the school.
At Conley Elementary School, Hispanics are the biggest group, comprising 57.29% of student population, followed by African Americans (36.60%), Asians (2.65%), Whites or Caucasians (1.86%) and Two or More Races (1.59%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.

Garcia-Leza Ec/Pk/K has no gifted and talented student, while 6.67% are in the special education program, and bilingual students comprise 64.17% students.
