Trinidad Garza Early College At Mt View's six out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, post-secondary and 25% closing performance gaps.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Emmett J Conrad High School. They make up for 64.35% of student population, followed by African Americans (21.68%), Asians (9.77%), Whites or Caucasians (2.90%), Two or More Races (0.92%) and Native Americans (0.23%).
At Trinidad Garza Early College At Mt View, Hispanics make up 94.17% of student population, followed by African Americans (4.20%), Whites or Caucasians (1.40%) and Asians (0.23%). There is no Native Americans and Two or More Racesstudents in the school.
Based on household incomes, Emmett J Conrad High School’s economically disadvantaged students is slightly higher at 92.21% compared to 87.88% at Trinidad Garza Early College At Mt View.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Emmett J Conrad High School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 64.35% of its student population compared to 30.54% at Trinidad Garza Early College At Mt View.
In addition, Emmett J Conrad High School has 60.92% bilingual students, 9.31% are in the gifted and talented program, while 8.09% are in the special education program.
