Ed H White Elementary School's two out of seven distinctions are in with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps. John F Ward Elementary School did not earn any distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at Ed H White Elementary School. They make up for 64.93% of student population, followed by Hispanics (23.00%), Two or More Races (5.06%), African Americans (3.92%), Asians (2.61%) and Native Americans (0.16%).

Based on household incomes, the Ed H White Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly lower at 28.87% compared to 42.06% at John F Ward Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Ed H White Elementary School has 18 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 2.94% of student population. John F Ward Elementary School has significantly more ELLs at 92 or about 16.06% of student population.
In addition, Ed H White Elementary School has 2.94% bilingual students, 11.75% are in the gifted and talented program, while 9.62% are in the special education program.
