Love Elementary School's three out of seven distinctions are in post-secondary, with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps. Browning Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Browning Elementary School is Hispanics who make up nearly 97.54% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (1.48%) and African Americans (0.99%). There is no Asians, Native Americans and Two or More Racesstudents in the school.
At Love Elementary School, Hispanics make up 80.92% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (9.23%), African Americans (7.08%), Asians (1.23%), Two or More Races (1.23%) and Native Americans (0.31%).
Based on household incomes, Browning Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher at 92.36% compared to 75.69% at Love Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Browning Elementary School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 49.75% of its student population compared to 43.08% at Love Elementary School.
In addition, Browning Elementary School has 58.13% bilingual students, 1.72% are in the gifted and talented program, while 6.40% are in the special education program. This stacks up against Love Elementary School with 77.54% bilingual students, 8.00% gifted and talented students and 9.23% students in the special education program.
