Chancellor Elementary School's one out of seven distinction is in Science. Best Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Best Elementary School is Hispanics who make up nearly 80.65% of student population, followed by African Americans (16.34%), Whites or Caucasians (1.44%), Asians (0.65%) and Native Americans (0.52%). There is no Two or More Races student in the school.

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Best Elementary School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 75.56% of its student population compared to 67.56% at Chancellor Elementary School.
In addition, Best Elementary School has 75.56% bilingual students, 1.18% are in the gifted and talented program, while 7.19% are in the special education program.
