Working in customer service and healthcare for the past 6 years has taught me the importance of connecting with people, and doing everything I can to help them. After experiencing the joy of purchasing my first home, I decided to enroll in Kaplan University and pursue a career in real estate, and became a licensed realtor® shortly after.
“Cody is a consummate real estate agent of the highest degree. I was trying to sell an old family home I was living in. This was my first time selling a house. My personal situation was extremely difficult, and selling the home was the only realistic path forward. I was fraught with anxiety about the entire process, but Cody made it as friction-less as possible. The concerns I had about the property didn't even make Cody flinch. He reassured me every step of the way when I had my doubts. It cannot be overstated enough how much Cody is batting for you behind the scenes. He is an expert negotiator and highly charismatic. You tell him what you want, and he will try his best to make it happen. If you want anyone on your side of the table, it's him. I also want to speak on his integrity, because he never faltered or tried to mislead me for his own benefit. At one point, he had the opportunity to net a commission for one of his associates who was a buyer agent because their client was interested in my property, but he explicitly held out for a better sell offer from another buyer that had no direct ties to his real estate group. Cody is there for you and your interests first and foremost. His network of people is vast, and there isn't an obstacle that can stand in his way. If you need a guy, Cody's got a guy. If you need information, he will get you information. His resourcefulness is unmatched, which I feel is critical in the real estate space. My only critique of Cody is that sometimes his communication can feel absent. He is a prolific agent, for better or worse. If you look at his listings, you can see that Cody is a man with his fingers in a lot of different pies. This can mean having to reach out directly to him with questions that you probably shouldn't have to ask which he is always willing and eager to answer or having to reiterate highly important details of your property selling stipulations. If you need a realtor, it should be Cody.”
