As a proud Houston native and graduate of Friendswood High School and Texas A&M, Cody brings a deep understanding and love for the Greater Houston area to his real estate career. Specializing in residential properties in Independence Heights and Spring Branch, he is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and leasing single-family homes and condominiums. With a background in education as a teacher and tennis coach at Northbrook High School for the past four years, Cody approaches real estate with the same passion and commitment. His goal is to make the potentially stressful and complex process of real estate transactions as pleasant and timely as possible. Outside of real estate, he enjoys being active in his church, exercising, reading non-fiction, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Aggies and local Houston sports teams. As a member of Houston's First Baptist Church, he is committed to serving his community with integrity and care.
