Claude Humbert

Claude Humbert started his Real Estate career through the financing side of the industry, as a Texas Licensed loan officer in 2003. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2007. Attention to details, being a listener and knowing how to negotiate are some of the skills gained from over 25 years in the engineering field. Originally from Belgium, Claude humbert has been in the US since 1985 and in The Woodlands area since 1992. Throughout his engineering career, Claude has been traveling and relocating many times around the world and, therefore, he understands first hand the difficulties involved in moving your family across town, state, country or continent! On-going education is as necessary in the Real Estate industry as it was in the engineering field. Claude currently has the following designations: ABR, SFR, CDPE, CIAS, CIPS and TAHS. He also became a member of REbuildUSA and earned their 203k Specialist designation. For over 15 years, Claude has been an active member of the South Montgomery County/The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) and working with different committees; more recently, he was an active member of the Rayford Road Civic Association. He currently serves as a Director on the board of a local Municipal Utility District. Claude is also an active volunteer in the swimming community.
