Once my husband moved out to the area, we started the actual house hunt and were impressed with the options she scouted for us. That was very impressive considering how tough the market in Houston is. My parameters were tight and my wish list was very specific. I needed a home within a certain price range with very little wiggle room, a decent neighborhood no more then 30 minutes from my job, a home with very little work to be done, and I wanted some equity in the home. All of this while working with a VA loan; which can be difficult. I had to rely in Christina completely as this was my first home and I was new to the Houston area. She was very patient and guided me through the process step by step. She was able to foresee future problems and took initiative to take care of them before they became an issue. Her knowledge of not only the area but of the industry and those involved (other Realtor's, Brokers..) played and important part in the expedite sale of my home.
