After more than three decades in the oil and gas industry, I’m now channeling my leadership, management, and property expertise into a new chapter—building a real estate career in Houston, Texas. I am a licensed Realtor in Texas, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK), and a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer in Nigeria. I’m also a proud member of the International Facilities Management Association (Nigeria and Houston Chapters) and the National Association of Realtors, USA.

My academic journey includes a B.Tech in Estate Management from Rivers State University of Science and Technology (1987), an LLB from the University of Lagos (2006), and a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2022). These diverse qualifications reflect my lifelong commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, I spent over 30 years with Chevron Nigeria Limited, where I held key leadership roles, including Nigeria–Mid Africa Manager for Supply Chain Management Services, Manager of Facilities Management, and Government and Public Affairs Manager for Western Niger Delta Operations. That experience sharpened my strategic, operational, and people management skills—qualities I now bring to helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and trust.

Today, I serve as Executive Director of Valquest Limited, Valquest Properties and FM Ltd, Chima Nwogu & Co. (Estate Surveyors & Valuers), and Valquest Attorneys. I’m also a Director at Pinnacle Biolabs, focused on cancer screening solutions across Africa. Originally from Nihi community in Etche, Rivers State, I now live between Lagos and Houston with my wife, Njiole, and our three children—Tochukwu, Chimbueze, and Onyinyechi. I’m passionate about connecting people with opportunity, whether through real estate, mentorship, or community development. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, golf, and tennis, and I’m a member of Ikoyi Club, Lakowe Lakes Golf Club, and Greatwood Golf Club in Sugarland, Texas.
