I am a native Texan who has lived in the Austin area for the last twenty years. My specialty is creating a buying or selling experience that is positive and professional. I focus on your best interest in achieving your desired real estate objectives with your most timely and financially beneficial goals in mind. I am a Texas A&M graduate with a BBA in Management. I have obtained the REALTOR Institute GRI symbol which is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation including 90 hours of classroom training. Realtors who have this designation are the top 19% of realtors nationally. I have also completed the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). The CNE is earned by real estate professionals after successfully completing formal negotiation training from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally. I have also earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). SRS is the premiere seller agency designation conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation. I have volunteered as a CASA Advocate of Travis County for the past six years. This provides me with valuable experience in diplomatically negotiating complicated situations with several, often opposing parties, preparing detailed court reports, preparing for trial testimony and speaking up for the children I represent in the courtroom. Cases typically last for one year. I also enjoy spending time with my children, reading, attending church and enjoying Austin.
