“I initially had another realtor who wasted a whole month and never listed my house. I called chanel on a Tuesday and had a signed agreement by Wednesday, professional pics on Thursday and open house Saturday and Sunday. She sold my house very quickly and explained everything to me as we progressed as this was my first time selling my house. She also did amazing with helping me look for a new place. She respected my budget and was honest with information. She took me to see houses for myself instead of just telling me what they would be like within my price range (which were not great), but she wanted me to see for myself what I would be getting. I ended up upping my price range and we were very specific when searching due to kids wanting to stay at the same school, and she found us the perfect house, was able to close out the deal despite multiple applications submitted for the house, and we absolutely love it! I love Chanel and will use her for any realtor necessities. I highly recommend her!”
