Har mls is a good source, however there are many other sources you can watch. Such as county tax sales, auctions, social media sites, there are a lot of resources. Good luck with your success.
Rules are rules! But I feel Signs should be allowed. Signs still help sell properties, it makes it harder to sell without signs. \nIf it\'s open house signs, they should not be up everyday, that would be kind of annoying after a while of seeing it everyday. Maybe put a limit in hoa restrictions on how many days a month that can happen at one property. Just a thought!
