Carsen Zachary

Carsen was born and raised in Texas. Growing up in East Texas, he became familiar with the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area like the back of his hand. Later, moving to Houston, Texas, Carsen graduated from Clear Falls High School in League City, Texas. Living in the area, he became familiar with not only League City, but Kemah, Clear Lake, Seabrook, Pearland, and Downtown Houston. After high school, Carsen moved to Tyler, TX and persued his associates degree at Tyler Junior College prior to his choice of persuing his interest in Real Estate. While in Tyler, he worked at a East Texas Title Company, which allowed him to gain knowledge on the process between the Buyer and the Seller exchanging possession. Moving to The Woodlands, Carsen then decided to complete his real estate courses at the renowned Champions School of Real Estate. Completing his courses in a shockingly short amount of time of 10 days, Carsen was recognized by Founder and CEO, Rita Santamaria. In a matter of 30 days, Carsen was licensed and ready to serve his community with assisting in all of their real estate needs. Now located in Kingwood, Carsen has acquired yet another location to assist you in your buying and/or selling needs. Having lived all across the state, Carsen is more than prepared and educated to assist you. Whether that be with buying, selling, renting, or simply seeing what your options are, he has got your back! His priorities are simple, they're yours!
