Carlo Chiocchio

A man of many talents and a wide variety of interests, Carlo Chiocchio infuses his real estate career with equal parts creativity and organization. A self-starter and motivated achiever who has always worked as an independent contractor, Carlo thrives on hard work, long hours and an erratic schedule, and does whatever it takes to meet his clients’ needs.

Carlo works enthusiastically with buyers and sellers at every price level and property type in neighborhoods across the Houston area. He is an effective and resourceful Realtor who always follows-through on any project and builds relationships and strong ties with clients based on trust and honesty. Carlo listens carefully and, just as importantly, knows the right questions to ask in order to understand his clients’ goals and help them achieve success. Conscientious, level-headed, attentive, and accessible, he maintains constant communication with sellers and buyers throughout the sale and purchase process.

The caring attitude Carlo has for his clients extends into his personal concerns for the community. He is a dedicated and tireless volunteer for the Krist Samaritan Foundation, a mental health organization that provides counseling services to individuals and families in the Houston region. A talented and generous amateur chef, Carlo donated a 10-course tasting dinner for 10, prepared by him and held in his home, as an auction item for a recent Krist Samaritan Foundation gala. The dinner sold for $16,000 and was such a popular auction item that Carlo sold a second tasting dinner for the same price – a welcome windfall for Krist. In 2014, Carlo and his partner chaired the Krist gala and helped raise a record $400,000 for the event.

A native of North Bay, Ontario, Canada, Carlo speaks conversational French and holds a degree in urban geography from York University in Toronto. A fitness buff and runner, he ran track throughout his school years, winning a bronze medal at the Canadian Junior Track and Field Championships and then four more bronze medals at the Canadian University Championships. Prior to his career in residential real estate sales, Carlo was a personal trainer and credits those one-on-one experiences with honing his skills in reading people, communicating, and paying attention to details, no matter how small.

When his busy schedule permits, Carlo loves to cook extravagant dinners for his many friends. Travel is his passion, having once been a music producer and club DJ who traveled the world.
