I live in the Cypress area and have been amazed at how much it has grown. I cannot say I spealize in one specific area but as a seasoned agent, I am well aquainted with so many communities in and around the Cypress, Katy and Energy Corridor areas. Working in the Greater Houston market covers so much ground! Never a dull moment! The Heights, Midtown and other inner city neighborhoods have so much historic charm that I enjoy to show to new and originial Houstonians. Never a dull moment! Most recently, I have noticed the expansion of Houston has drawn interest towards more rural and open spaces of Waller, Bellville and the Byran/College Station areas to Montgomery and beyond. I have fallen in love and can appreciate that difference in pace. Due to the pandemic, there has been a shift in the possibilities for home buyers. I feel in part, it is due to more and more people having the opportunity to work from home. This has allowed for more flexibility when narrowing down in area of interest. If you're looking to buy, sell or rent/lease (this includes new construction) I would be honored to be a part of this journey- From Bellville, Waller, Bryan/College Station to Spring, Pinehurst, The Woodlands and Conroe...and everything in between... My story started in California but over half of my life has been here in Texas. There is nothing quite like my beloved west coast but there is nothing quite like the Lone Star State! I am grateful to have settled and set roots in Houston. There is so much opportunity here and that is why people seem to gravitate to this diverse city. The Greater Houston area has been growing and it is exciting to see this market continue soar. In my opinion: "Creating memories, relaxing, feeling safe and enjoying the place you call home is so incredibly important, the value is priceless!" Regardless of the chapter you are in life, there is a fundamental foundation to each transaction. There are so many pieces to this puzzle and my job is to connect them as seamlessly as possible.

I am a proud wife to a Houston Firefighter and Mommy to the two sweetest little boys in the world. My family is my world! EVERYDAY is a gift. Let's see...I can always go for brunch! Espresso, live music, reading and traveling are things I enjoy! Wandering through & getting lost in Texas towns is something I always look forward to. My husband introduced me to the world of Golf...I am a huge fan. To my family's amusement, my oldest son and I have become avid "backyard bird watchers" and I have slowly become the "plant lady" ... it's the little things that hug the heart & melt long days away!
