“We loved Brandon. He of course knew all of the ropes for selling a house and thus he took us through a smooth and uneventful yet much to be done process. He has a good network so was able to connect us to quality labor and contractors with affordable and fair pricing to fix-up the things we wanted to fix up from landscaping to exterior house repair to sprinkler repair to interior remodeling upgrades etc. He also helped us decide what to fix and what not to fix but had the right balance of letting us make the final decisions. He knew when corporate buyers bs individual buyers came through to us with bids and had great insights each time to easily help us make informed decisions with each incoming bid. You name it -Brandon helped us with it all much to our satisfaction. But that isn t the best part the best is that you cannot have more trust in someone of such high integrity and thus honesty. Brandon is a person you can trust period. To top it all off Brandon is just a very kind person without any pretense or insincerity. We highly recommend Brandon. He is great man. Thank you Brandon for all that you did for us”
