If youve been on TikTok, youve undoubtedly heard into the thick of it....into the thick of it! with some shenanigans ensuing. January has been filled with plenty of shenanigans! Our market is still a very strong sellers market, even with interest rates slightly ticking up. Favorable terms for sellers are on almost every offer written, with multiple offers on almost every home. Rentals are seeing a slight reduction in listing price, but overall, still multiple applications and terms favorable for owners. How has your January shaped up?
