Today I wanted to share with you all things Graystone Hills, Conroe TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Located in Conroe, off of I-45 & Aaron Pasternack drive. Just a short drive away from 105.

This is a 331 acre master planned community thats main attraction is its natural rolling hills & mature trees. The homes are newer here, and mostly traditional in style, sitting on spacious lots. Theres a wide range of home sizes & prices so theres something for everyone here. They also have a highly rated, on-site elementary school.

Amenities in Graystone Hills:

The amenities here include a nature preserve, greenbelt trails, recreation center, a pool with a slide & childrens splash areas, and a playground. Theres also parks throughout the nature preserve with picnic areas & scenic views.

District Rating:
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & have overall A’s for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

Nearby:
Located nearby is an Aldi, Sams Club, Kroger, Academy, Kohls, Ross, T.J. Maxx, Hobby Lobby, and the Conroe Outlets. Theres some great restaurants nearby like Cheddars, Dennys, Culvers, Joes Italian, Salt Grass, Margarita & Peppers Mexican Grill, and much more.
