Houston Real Estate "Safety First" as Texas Lifts COVID19 Mask Mandate

I feel that it is my responsibility as a Texas Real Estate Agent to do everything possible to protect my Clients as we successful navigate their real estate business. Since the CDC and other Health Organizations have not updated their information to remove the mask requirement and there is so much uncertaintity surronding COVID-19, I sincerely feel that safety must come first, therefore me and my Clients will continue to wear facemasks.

Despite COVID-19, now is actually a good time to Buy or Sale a Home! The Pandemic has led us to an equal Seller and Buyer Market. Sellers should get more for their homes and homes are selling faster! Buyers will pay less for their mortgage due to mortgage rates being at an all time low, plus there are new Mortgage Loan programs available to help Buyers purchase homes during this difficult time.
