Celebrate the Superbowl

Like many things over the past year, you may be having a more lowkey version of Superbowl Sunday today! Doesn't mean you can't celebrate - aka EAT - like you normally would!! A big part of enjoying the biggest game of the year is enjoying the Superbowl commercials and cheering for your team while chowing down on some goodies. I've included a few last minute ideas you can put together with ingredients you may already have in your fridge and pantry. Happy Watching!

Chips and Queso - Bust out your crockpot, throw in some Velveeta and Rotel and dip away with your favorite chips!!

Pigs in a blanket - Wrap some Pillsbury dough around some hotdogs, pop in the oven and voila!! An adult and kid favorite done!

Charceturie Board - Think of this as a good way to clean out odds and ends from your fridge. Add cheese, deli meats, grapes, strawberries, veggies, dips, olives, chocolate, nuts, honey, crackers - the sky is the limit!

Veggies Plate - Salsa, Hummus, French Onion, it all tastes good with some carrots and cucumbers!

Cookies - Any event is better with the smell of freshly baked chocolate cookies. Most pantries are stocked with all the necessities for cookies. Bake away!

Hope you have a fun and safe Superbowl Sunday!
