Our inventory is very low, coupled with very low interest rates, so homes are flying off the market as a general rule. If you have been on the fence about letting go of one of your investment properties, or your home, now is a great time to put it on the market. We are seeing single digit days on the market and lots of showing traffic! As a buyer, interest rates are low enough that you can often afford "more home" and do so at a reduced amount.
