Why Pomona - If you are looking to live south of Houston, but not too far south, this community might be the neighborhood for you. With onsite elementary school, a fitness center, "The Backyard" park, "Camp Pomona", "Exploration Zone" park, hike & bike trails, a resort style swimming pool, the "fish camp", multiple lakes, and many "coming soon" amenities, such as: The Grove: a large open air pavillion, dog parks, and more!
