Here we are, almost summer! It's been a weird couple of months, hasn't it? The city is opening back up, the clouds are parting more often than not, and the HEAT AND HUMIDITY are upon us. Are you excited for the change in seasons? In Houston, we see 'summer' most often it feels like. Stay hydrated out there y'all! We are seeing a strong pickup in the market, lots of buyers and sellers are getting out there and making a move.
