Preparing your home for the market:

Repair your home ( before it goes on the market! It costs more after the home is under contract!)

Renovate your kitchen, master bath (and other baths if possible)

Remove clutter ! Then remove more before the pictures are taken (buyers are buying a house, not your contents)

Refrain from showing personal collections and photos. (these overwhelm and often offend buyers)

Repaint the interior in neutral colors

Restore the exterior (fresh paint, power wash, front door, mail box, lights)

Refresh front landscaping ( and side and back if necessary)

Remember, in today's market , the pictures on the MLS are the NEW Curb appeal.

How can I help YOU?!
