If your reading this you are ready to invest and make money moves. I am a realtor, so some may say I'm bias to real estate investing, opposed to stock, precious metal, and other investments. But this is far from the truth, I find value in assets and residual income is one of the fastest ways to make money. It's never too early to start, and for it being too late, it's better late than never. Step one Never rent, why would you rent a house or apartment when you can buy something?
