The Telfair, Texas neighborhood is in the Sugar Land suburb of Houston. Telfair has a great location close to business and employment centers as well as many attractive amenities, restaurants, groceries and retail establishments.
Telfair is a reasonably new community having broken ground in 2005. It is ranked by Forbes Magazine as one of the top suburbs in Texas. It has also received several awards from the Houston Journal and was named Community of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

If you prefer a private education for your children you have several options including St. Laurence Catholic School, Gods Rainbow Christian Academy, and Telfair Montessori.
The three recreation centers found in Telfair, Jurgensen Recreation Center, Palmetto House, and Telfair Central Hall all have swimming pools, sports fields, and playgrounds.
