HOW MUCH IS RENT REALLY COSTING YOU?

Your monthly rent may not be the only thing you have to budget for. You must factor in all potential costs when you are planning to rent. Application fees, Security deposits, Pet deposits, Renter’s insurance, Parking fees, Amenities fee, Coin operated laundry, Rent increases and Moving every few years. These add up over the course of time and fees to someone else will never make you any money. Also, what you want to do is add up all these fees per year and then multiply by 5, then 10 and even 15. Now you can see the accumulation of your money bring flushed down the tubes.

1ST TIME HOME BUYER GRANTS LEARN HOW TO GET INTO A NEW HOME WITH A GRANT FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT

First-time homeowner grants work in conjunction with low-down-payment mortgages. For example, FHA mortgages typically require a sown payment of 3.5 percent of the purchase price of a home. There are conventional mortgage programs that allow you to buy a home with a down payment of just 5 percent of the purchase price. You are considered a first-time homebuyer if you have not owned a home in 5 years. First-time homeowner grants are designed to cover the down payment requirement. The combination of the grant plus the first mortgage will enable you to purchase a home with a zero-down payment.
