I.     Thou shall not have other eyes on your home before yours. Look at your home from buyer's eyes.

II.    Thou shall have curb appeal and inviting images of how good it is to live in your home.

III.   Thou shall update your home or all will be in vain. 

IV.    Thou shall declutter and deep clean to keep it pure.

V.     Thou shall honor and care for your home as it ages.

VI.    Thou shall not kill your agent's ideas.

VII.   Thou shall be faithful to regular home maintenance and make-ready for selling. 

VIII.  Thou mayest use others ideas to stage, but not steal their props.

IX.    Thou shall not bear false witness on Seller's Disclosure.

X.     Thou shall not covet your neighbor's home. Make yours stand out for all the reasons you bought it in the first place.
