15 Apps Parents Should Know About

The great thing about the kids going back to school is fall is one month closer. Many kids in May Valley ride their bikes to school. Other kids are standing out at bus stops. We all need to be more aware of their presence and watch our speed and crosswalks.

Many kids have cell phones by the time they are in 5th grade. This opens them up to predators who use the internet to get access to their phones. There are many evil apps out there you want to make sure don't find their way to your kids phone. I have attached a picture of some the apps, so you can get an idea of what is out there just waiting for your child to download it.

Internet apps can be great for instant communication with friends and family, but they can be a double edge sword as well. When you child brings their cell phone home, they bring other users into their home too. Those users may not be friendly at all. If parenting was not hard enough today, we have to compete with the attack on our kids through the use of internet apps.

Always inspect what you expect. Until next week
