Hi new friend,

Have you been searching for a real estate agent that will help you find a rental? Before I got my real estate license, I personally experienced this frustrating situation. My husband and I needed a one year temporary lease, and everywhere we looked, we could not find a realtor that was eager or willing to help us find a rental home. Well, I take that back, we did find one guy, but he was a bit creepy, lol. But honestly, we failed at finding a eager, willing, and competent person to represent us or open doors for us. We actually had to self show, and go through a management company, to find a our temporary housing.

I would love to assist you.

So, I just wanted to put it out there, that I would love to assist you in finding a rental home in the Montgomery and North Harris County areas. I honestly love helping people, and would love to help you.

If you are new to renting, finding landlords and management companies that take new renters is a little bit more difficult. You might need an additional deposit, a co-signer or guarantor, or to rent from an apartment complex for a year or two to establish good rental history.

Typical Requirements for Renting

And typical requirements for renting include: your household must gross 3x the rental payment, stable job history, you must have a credit score with little to no blemishes, no violent criminal background, and typically not own aggressive bred dog.

I hope this short-and-sweet blog post has been beneficial for y'all. Please reach out to me if you have any questions, or I can be of any assistance.
